The staff were affable and efficient too. The room I booked was stylish and recently renovated, complete with Sofa bed. The service was impeccable, including an early check-in.

Well, the area was really noisy overall.

Everything was wonderful, amazing location very close to Neptune in 3 years. A beautiful garden and many clean pools. - the three al carte restaurants had tasty food and good prices. - Absolutely perfect staff. - the offered breakfast was sensational with Greek delicacies....

The twin room was very clean and had a high standard, including a sofa bed for our 7-year-old, along with coffee and tea making facilities and a fridge.

Neptune Luxury Resort truly exceeded all of our expectations during our stay. The facilities were absolutely fantastic, from the jaw-dropping room with its breathtaking sea view to the mind-blowing swimming pools that catered to everyone's needs. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, providing super helpful assistance and always with a friendly smile. The variety and deliciousness of the food, especially at the main restaurant, left us in awe. The landscape and private beach were simply beautiful, and the range of activities available, from tennis to snorkelling, ensured we never had a dull moment. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and unforgettable experience.

The location of the hotel is quite impressive- on the grass immediately behind the beach, with a magnificent view of the sunset from the beach. Invaluable work done by international volunteers at the centre on the grass adds charm to the place. the room was quiet, clean and the breakfast was brilliant.

The choice of food at the Greek restaurant is poor, and it is quite expensive to pay a LOT for average quality food.

This hotel provided a luxurious and exclusive stay, fulfilling all of our needs for relaxation and comfort. the service was outstanding, with a Spa & wellness centre offering a range of treatments including a full body massage and facial. the outdoor swimming pool was well maintained, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. We also enjoyed the entertainment provided, including live music and a seasonal outdoor pool.

While we had a pleasant stay, the only minor issue we experienced was the lack of private facilities in our room. this was quickly resolved with the spa lounge being available for use.

our stay at neptune was even better than before in mastichari. loved the delicious buffet and stunning views. minko provided excellent service. tons of pools and a private beach. perfect for water lovers and families. a true Greek experience.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at an awesome resort. The high-class service, beautiful beaches, and stunningly beautiful area made for a dream vacation. The activities, pools, and fitness center were all top-notch. The resort truly exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back!

We had an amazing stay at the Neptune Luxury Resort. the facilities were top-notch, with a clean and modern room that had all the amenities we needed. the staff was friendly and the service was excellent. We especially loved the comfortable sunbeds and the fact that we could order food and drinks directly to our sunbeds using a QR code. the resort was beachfront, offering beautiful views and easy access to the water. the breakfast buffet was delicious, and we appreciated the option of having breakfast on the adults-only terrace. the resort had a stylish and relaxing atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊.
